**Studentboende** Hyr ut ett möblerat rum till studerande tjej i Lindome. Rummet är ca 23 kvm, eget helkaklat wc & dusch. Delad tvättstuga & kök. Separat ingång till rummet skiljt ifrån huset. Tillgång till trädgård, altan, P-plats. Närhet till buss & pendel 18 min in till Göteborgs central. Hushållet har hund. 6000 kr /månaden. The room is about 23 sqm and has a separate entrance from the main house. Private fully tiled toilet and shower located in the main house. Shared laundry room and kitchen. Access to garden, patio, and parking space. Walking distance to Lindome station. 17 minute train ride to Gothenburg Central station. We are a couple around 60 years old with adult children who have moved out. We have had students from different countries living with us in our spare room before and are used to shared living. We are friendly and social people and love sharing a meal sometime but we also value privacy and alone time. We still work and we enjoy long walks with our dog in our spare time. There is a dog in the household (!). 6,000 SEK per month. Broadband, water, electricity, and home insurance included. Available from January 1, 2026.
