Hi, I am a biotechnical engineering student starting my fourth year this autumn who is looking for a female flatmate willing to share my 68 square meter apartment in Ålidhem, a 10-15 minute walk from the university. The room I am offering is 7.2 square meters and furnished. The rent is 4000 kr/month and includes wifi, electricity, and insurance. All common areas including the kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared. The room is available from August 31st. I am 22 years old and have been living in Umeå the past four years but grew up further north. In general I am a quiet person and my main hobbies include reading, exercising, knitting and practicing the piano (I do not practice at home). I am vegetarian and it would be great if you are too (or at least enjoy vegetarian food) so we can cook together sometimes. We can then arrange a meeting in person or online to see how we get along before making any commitments:) I am fluent in both Swedish and English and know some German.
