A room in our three-room apartment is available for rent only to a woman starting January 1, 2026. We have been renting out rooms to students for over 15 years now and have extensive experience with it. The room will be rented out only to a woman. We are a couple with a 6-year-old little boy. Our place is located 25 minutes from the city center. Uppsala University's campus BMC, Ångströmet is 15 minutes by bike. Campus EBC and Blåsenhus are 20 minutes by bus or bike. SLU University is only 12 minutes by bus. Bus lines 3, 4, 7 and 11 are within 300 meters of our apartment, along with large grocery stores (ICA, Willys and Lidl). You will live in an area mostly with families with children. The place is extremely quiet and peaceful. The room is furnished for a student. If anything is needed, we will arrange it for you. You will have full access to the kitchen, and we will provide you with the necessary kitchen utensils. We do not allow pets. We do not play loud music, and we do not drink alcohol, but we do not mind if you do. You will need to sign a contract, and you will receive a receipt each month when you pay the rent. The rent is 4500 SEK, which includes everything. The rent is paid on the 25th of each month. If you are looking for a place where you will feel at home, safe and get help, then this is a place for you. You are responsible, friendly and social. Over the past fifteen years we have had many guests from all over the world who have obviously become our friends. We prefer someone from Sweden first, and then from other parts of Europe.
