Room in Malmö Hejhej! We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy shared apartment in Norra Sofielund, with move-in available from August 15st at the earliest (move-in date is flexible). The apartment has two floors and a large south-facing balcony, two bathrooms (two toilets and one shower), and spacious shared living areas. The available room is spacious, located downstairs with a window facing the inner courtyard. It comes furnished with a bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe. The rent is 4,800 SEK per month, everything included. The location is great: Triangeln is about a 5-minute bike ride away, there are grocery stores nearby, and Möllan is close as well. If you’re commuting to Lund, bus 171 stops less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. About your future roomies: They moved in this spring and loves baking sourdough, focaccia, and other treats They’re both easygoing and enjoy having a coffee or sharing dinner together whenever our schedules line up. We like to keep the apartment clean, cozy, and welcoming, and we’re hoping to create a home where everyone feels comfortable.
