The apartment is 44 m2 in total and is located in Hippocampus at Kämnärsrätten, within walking distance of LTH and Forum Medicum. It's also just a short bike ride to the city center and the rest of Lund University. The two bedrooms are approximately 11 m2 each, and the apartment is located on the 8th floor. Rent: approximately SEK 4,700/month, including electricity, heating, water, internet, and a furnished kitchen. If you'd like the room to be furnished (bed and desk included), the rent will be approximately SEK 5,000/month. (Unfortunately, there are no photos of the apartment available, as AF Bostäder does not provide pre-move-in viewings. At the moment, I only have the floor plan.) A little about me: * 22 years old * Starting my fourth year of the Electrical Engineering Master's programme at Lund University this autumn. * I'm a calm and easygoing person who enjoys both having my own space and socializing. * I like working on different projects, spending time in nature, and practicing karate.
